This is not your average run of the mill lodge but a stand alone Canadian style log cabin constructed from massive inter-locking logs measuring over 12 inches in diameter, a unique feature both inside and outside.

Mount Hooley Lodge is located on a working upland hill farm, 1200 feet above sea level, on the moor above Alston, which is the highest market town in England. For peace and tranquillity it would be difficult to find a more idyllic spot. The five star luxury can be enjoyed whatever the weather and at any time of the year.

In summer the wide bi-fold patio doors to the front of the lodge can be completely opened to create a picture frame to admire the view or you can chill out in the hot tub under the clear starry skies. In contrast during the colder winter months the log burning stove creates a warm and cosy environment to relax and recharge those batteries.
