Walking to the historic market town of Thame takes 10-15 minutes. Numerous walks on farm to large ponds with ducks and Koi Carp and lots of wildlife.

Thame has a market every Tuesday. There are many places to eat to suit all tastes and local pubs in the surrounding villages.

Cycle path from Thame to Princes Risborough. The Oxfordshire Golf Course plus three other pay and play courses, all within a ten mile radius.
