The self catering accommodation is set in the west wing of the main house and sleeps up to fourteen people.

The self catering accommodation offers seven bedrooms and seven bathrooms and there are also further single beds, camp beds and cots available.

Externally the property benefits from a south facing, private, enclosed walled garden with lawn and herbaceous borders, accessible from the sun room and breakfast room and from the drive. The paddock at the front of the house when not stocked can be used for barbecues, ball games, informal play and dog walking (shared with Northcourt House). 

Little Northcourt House is situated on the south-west side of the Isle of Wight, on the edge of the rural, picturesque village of Shorwell, which contains the quintessential local pub the Crown Inn, village shop, and St Peter’s Church all within 3-5 minutes away.

There are also several golf courses nearby and the Limpsfield Golf Club is within walking distance. And we are near to three long distance walks: the North Downs Way, the Greensand Way and the Vanguard Way.

There are many attractions nearby: Hever, Chartwell, Quebec House (where General Wolfe was born), Down House (the home of Charles Darwin), Knole and Ightham Mote. Standen and Wakehurst Place are a bit further but within easy reach. We can suggest many more places to visit.
