Our dog friendly guest house is situated within the beautiful Elizabethan market town of Totnes, Devon, known for its historically rich and artistic community.

All of our B&B rooms are en suite and have Freeview TV, DVD player, FREE Wi-Fi and tea/coffee making facilities. We also have a lovely garden and sun terrace for guests to enjoy. For breakfast we serve an extensive menu which includes full English breakfast, continental breakfast, fresh fruit salad, cereals and a choice of teas and coffees. We always locally source our ingredients where possible.

Our location is perfect for exploring the town of Totnes which has the wonderful Norman Castle. There are also many attractions close to the B&B including Sharpham Vineyard, Devon Bird of Prey Centre, Dartmoor National Park and many more.

On the entrance level, the large master bedroom has a beamed ceiling and a king sized double bed. There is an adjacent separate shower room and toilet.

The south-facing living room has a high wooden ceiling with Velox windows and enjoys the sun all day. There is a TV with Sky including Sport and a DVD player. Patio doors lead to the patio and enclosed garden that is safe for children and pets. Patio furniture and sun loungers are provided and a barbeque is available. There is a children’s play area.

This beautiful area is ideal for holidays at all times of the year. The Cornish Coastal path is only minutes away by car and other walks are accessible directly from the cottage. There are many circular routes, ideal for walkers and dogs!

Devon Holiday Lettings consists of two luxury self catering apartments which are located on the beach at Torcross, in the beautiful ‘At The Beach’ development, near to Kingsbridge in Devon.

Set in the peaceful village of Torcross, ‘At the Beach’ is situated at the end of the 3 mile shingle beach and offers a relaxing holiday destination while still having plenty in the local area to keep you entertained.

Our two apartments are next door to one another on the first floor and each enjoys an open plan lounge/kitchen and dining area. Both of these properties have stunning views with their own balcony terraces to enjoy the beautiful South Devon coast.

There are 4 steps up to the main entrance where you enter into a spacious hallway with wooden floor. There are then 14 stairs leading to the first floor where you will find our apartments. The apartments are entered through a private door with a small step threshold. The floors in the apartments are luxury hard wood and care should be taken if you are not wearing non-slip footwear.
