Bed linen and towels are included and the kitchen is fully equipped, including microwave, washing machine, iron and ironing board. TV, DVD player and free view are available, also included are a selection of games and DVD's. Gas central heated and gas fire.

The flat is within a 1 minute walk from the local post office, supermarket, chemist and takeaways and you can be on the south side beach within 5 minutes.
