Situated before Slipway Cottage it is accessed directly from the Quayside and the stunning views. This property does not have private parking within the grounds but there is free parking at the bottom of the driveway. 

Outside the entrance to the property is a lovely terrace, with exclusive use for guests at the Boat House and is a lovely place for your breakfast or a drink on balmy evenings!
