A concrete gated slipway provides direct access to the
wonderfully secluded beach. The swimming pool and dining tables on the terrace
make this the perfect seaside holiday home.
At one end of the property is a master bedroom with
king-size bed, dressing area and en-suite bathroom with bath and walk in
shower. There are two further bedrooms on the ground floor, one with double bed
and en-suite bathroom, the other with a double bed and family bathroom. All
three of these rooms share the incredible vista of Falmouth bay.
Upstairs, a bedroom with amazing sea views and twin beds
leads into a further bedroom with twin beds and an en-suite shower room. Both
of these bedrooms have TV’s. This area of the house was the original
housekeepers accommodation and also has a small, separate kitchenette.
Flushing (Nankersey in Cornish) is a picturesque coastal
village facing Falmouth across the Penryn River. An arm of the Carrick Roads,
it is reputed to be one of the warmest Villages in England.
