The cottage, an old farm barn conversion, includes five bedrooms, three bathrooms and is mainly on one level, set in very large peaceful grounds. Ideally located just one mile outside the seaside town of New Quay and a 10 minute walk to the Cardigan Bay coastal path. Also only a pleasant 10 minute walk to the local pub (Penrhiwllan Inn) at the end of the lane which serves a large selection of great food and drink.

New Quay is an old fishing village that springs to life in summer, it becomes a bustling town with plenty to do, it boasts clean safe sandy beaches, water sports, sea fishing trips, wildlife/dolphin viewing boat trips, Coastal path walking or simply sitting and enjoying the sea, sand and views. It is an excellent base from which to tour north, mid and south Wales with their diverse attractions. Beach Fishing in New Quay and nearby Cwmtydu are excellent places for Bass. Trout pools are also close by for the keen anglers.
