coal effect fire enabling to enjoy the cosy ambience after hard day on the
fells, the Kitchen is fully equipped with Washing machine and dryer and a small
enclosed garden at the rear with patio table and chairs allows you to enjoy the
lake District evenings sipping a glass of wine or one of the local produced
Lakeland Ales.
The
location of the cottage is in the centre of Windermere Village an area that
many see as the centre of the Lake District, the cottage is conveniently
located for restaurants and shops only a few metres away, Windermere Railway
station is approximately 5 minutes away on foot.
Lake
Windermere is less than a mile away where you can enjoy a ferry ride or take
one of the small pleasure crafts that can be hired locally or just take in the
amazing sites the lakes has to offer Old Codgers Cottage truly offers a
