There is plenty of comfortable seating with a flat screen TV with DVD and BT vision, wood burning stove, wooden floor throughout with occasional tables, floor standing lamp and rugs. Just off this room is the conservatory with plenty of space and light but not overlooked.

Just outside the lounge there is beautifully planted garden with plenty of lawn space, a patio, greenhouse, log store and shed (and for the time being, a trampoline!) There is a second entrance gate on the pavement outside the house.

Orchard Cottage is full of light and easy to live in. It is just a few hundred yards from the beach access, dog friendly local pub, great fish shop and local store. Happisburgh is peaceful and beautiful and very popular with our dog owning guests.
