than ours at home!) and DVD player. There is also a lovely dining room which
has patio doors leading to a large decked area with garden furniture.
Edinbane
is perfectly situated for exploring the beauty of Skye, it is midway between
Dunvegan and Portree (which is less than 14 miles) giving easy access to the
whole island.
Both
the Waternish and Trotternish Peninsulas are close and there are many lovely
walks nearby. Edinbane has two small and friendly hotels which are open to
non-residents for meals. There is also a village shop which stocks essential
items. In addition the famous Edinbane Pottery is located in the village.
