Vancouver Cottage is situated at the far end of the picturesque Valley of Sandsend. This self catering accommodation has been converted from three tiny cottages which can now accommodate up to 8 people.

Holly Cottage offers self catering accommodation for one or two people and is arranged over two floors. Holly Cottage comprises a galley kitchen and a lounge / diner on the ground floor. Stairs from the lounge / diner take you to a good sized double bedroom.

Rose Cottage offers self catering accommodation for up to 6 people which is arranged over two floors comprises on the ground floor a large kitchen with feature range cooker and utility off to the rear, a good sized dining room and a lounge with sofas and TV / DVD.

Eden Cottage is situated next door to the former Sandsend Village Hall. Eden Cottage offers comfortable self catering accommodation for up to four people and is arranged over two floors.

Sorrel Cottage and Campion Cottage are the newest additions to the Mulgrave Estate. Both self catering properties have been constructed to a high standard of thermal efficiency, faced with natural stone to traditional designs, with clay roofs, traditional style double glazed timber windows and under floor heating.

Mulgrave Estate Holiday Cottages include 4 miles of coastline between Sandsend and Runswick Bay and stretches south westwards inland for a distance of approximately 9 miles to Egton. The Estate comprises agricultural land, woodland, residential and commercial properties including holiday cottages, hotels, shops, pubs and restaurants and is the major property stakeholder within the local area.
