You are ideally placed to enjoy the natural delights of Exmoor, the rugged North Devon coastline and the countryside of Devon and Somerset.           

Our coarse fishing lakes are well-stocked with 5lb plus Mirror and Common Carp, Roach, Tench and Bream. They are only for the use of our residents and can be used all year round. When exploring this tranquil spot, you may be joined by a shy roe deer, kingfisher, woodpecker, heron, rabbit or a fox.

We are only a short drive (10 minutes) from Bampton or Wiveliscombe which have good shopping facilities (open till late), Post Office, Garage, etc. Taunton, the county town is approximately  a 35 minute drive and there is a bus route passing the entrance to Handley Farm.
