sitting room has an open fire (coal also provided free of charge) with a
beautiful view towards the Cheviot hills. There is a colour TV and a video
recorder.

kitchen has an electric cooker and microwave food processor and a washing
machine. There is a large play area at the back of the cottage and for those
sunny evenings there is a barbeque provided. There are lots of heaters in the
cottage.
Dogs
are welcome with prior arrangement and there are plenty of places to take them
for a walk.
