All guest rooms were completed in 2011. The bathrooms have marble floors and are brand new and of a modern design. The floors are solid oak and the curtains are thick and luxurious. All rooms have flat screen TVs, free Wi-Fi, mini-fridge, tea/coffee facilities (with a choice of teas and biscuits), an iron and a hairdryer. Twin, double and disabled rooms are available with en-suite shower or bath.

Just minutes from Lingwood Station, 15 minutes from Norwich Station. 10 minutes to Park & Ride. 10 minutes to Thorpe Business Park. 10 minutes drive to RSPB bird sanctuary at Shrumpshaw Fen Located between two major rivers.
