The cottages are all on one level and can be let separately or, for a larger family, all together. They are in a quiet rural situation and conveniently situated for visiting the coast and numerous attractions in the area. Each cottage has shared use of the gardens. There are several acres of grass land for playing games and a small children’s play area.

The Paddocks is a quiet rural retreat set in extremely pleasant surroundings. It is within easy driving distance of the historic town of Norwich, and just 10 miles from the North Norfolk Coast and numerous other attractions, including the delightful Georgian town of Holt.
