Our 17th century farmhouse has a separate converted barn exclusively for guest accommodation.

You are welcome to enjoy our two acre garden for relaxing!

Well-behaved dogs are accepted downstairs. The accommodation is perfect for couples, but babies in cots are welcome.

Broad Park House is set in an idyllic North Devon lane, full of wild flowers, wildlife and birds with wonderful walks that take you through woodlands with wild orchids and beautiful countryside.

We are in the heart of the Tarka Country, perfect for walking and cycling. In about fifteen minutes you can be in South Molton, the gateway to Exmoor, with it's own local market selling local produce.
