We have 10 en suite rooms available for bed and breakfast bookings for those looking for accommodation in Sidmouth.

The Barn and Pinn Bed and Breakfast is conveniently situated just 5 minutes drive from Sidmouth.

Breakfast is served in a cosy room overlooking the garden. Many guests enjoy the birds and squirrels which can be seen in the garden.

We have 3 rooms available for owners with dogs including the holiday let. There are many walks accessed directly from the cottage some with breathtaking views of the surrounding area, others through beautiful woodlands with streams and mini waterfalls.
