The holiday cottage is situated on the small holding of
Underlane Farm where there are free range ducks, geese and hens.
The self catering holiday cottage is ideally situated for
visiting many of the attractions that Cornwall can offer. These include the
beaches of the south & north coast, The Eden Project, Heligan Gardens, many
N.T. and English Heritage sites, to name a few.
Close by is Stithians Reservoir which offers various
water sports from its centre opened by the Princess Royal. The Golden Lion pub
nearby offers a fine variety of meals.
Wheal Sheba is ideally situated for reaching the
beautiful sandy beaches & coastlines of the south & north coasts. These
afford ideal play areas for both children & adults. There are various theme
and fun parks within easy reach and the well known Seal Sanctuary. There is a
leisure pool in Falmouth, with a river run, wave machine, water slide, as well
as a fitness suite. Of course, there is fishing, fresh water & sea, golf
walking, & bird watching.
