Our holiday cottage is nestled in a beautiful part of the Peak District National Park and is a perfect retreat for a couple and their dog that are looking to escape the hustle and bustle of everyday living. 

The dog friendly holiday cottage has been tastefully decorated and furnished to a high standard providing a place of comfort and relaxation. 

Upon arrival you will find a refreshment tray with tea, coffee, milk, sugar and a homemade cake (which is very popular). You also will have some of our own free range eggs waiting for you. 

We aim to provide guests with a wonderful place to escape to and will do our best to help you with any questions you have about the local area or places to visit. The holiday cottage is only a 10 minute drive from the market town of Bakewell, the world famous stately home of Chatsworth and the regal spa town of Buxton. 

For those enjoyable walks with your dog there are many breath taking paths and trails that start from the front door. Discover limestone dales full of rare wild flowers, stroll along trout filled rivers or watch skylarks soaring above heather clad moors. Walking, bird watching, caving, rock climbing, potholing, fishing, sailing, gliding and cycling are just some of the activities available.
