Our
cottages are built in the converted stable buildings of this former farm and
have been renovated to a very high standard, complete with all modern
conveniences including free WIFI access.
The
cottages are perfect for enjoying a self catering break in Bath, as we are
located just 15 minutes from the city centre, close to the quaint village of
Faulkland. All cottages have an open plan lounge and kitchen/ diner, plus 2
double bedrooms with ensuite. The cottages all benefit from a terrace with
wonderful southerly views over the garden and stunning scenery beyond- perfect
for sitting and enjoying a BBQ or glass of wine. Horseshoe Cottage has disabled
access throughout, with super king size beds in both bedrooms. Linen and towels
are provided.
Only
6 miles from the centre of Bath and with easy access to the Bath Park &
Ride, Lime Kiln Farm is perfectly located for exploring the many tourist
attractions located in Wiltshire and Somerset. Nearby attractions include
Cheddar Gorge, Wookey Hole Caves, the beautiful cathedral in Wells, Stourhead
House & Gardens and the nearby Longleat Safari Park, not forgetting the
various attractions within the city of Bath itself such as the Roman Baths,
Royal Crescent and recently opened Thermae Bath Spa. Faulkland village is only
a half mile walk away and offers a pub, post office and local stores- not to
mention the village green complete with wooden stocks!
