Fernhill has large, enclosed, garden & patio areas which benefit from elevated positions, allowing you to enjoy the beautiful surroundings. Fernhill also has a large private car park so parking is never a problem.

Fernhill is just a few minutes walk from the Mary Townley loop on the new Pennine bridle way at Rooley Moor, making it an ideal stop-off for horse riders and cyclists. We also have many footpaths on the doorstep, which makes Fernhill an ideal base for walkers. Choose from green fields with undulating scenery, or rugged moorland at the foot of the Pennines.
