Several cottages at this location have been refurbished recently to an even higher standard and selected properties accept pets. These popular waterside cottages have views either over the River Bure or the private marina making them ideal for a fishing break (in season, with a licence).  

Wroxham is the largest village on the Norfolk Broads and has a range of restaurants, pubs and shops'; including Roy's the 'largest village store in the world' all within walking distance making it the perfect location for a family holiday. There are also plenty of boating opportunities available. 

The Norfolk Coast and surrounding countryside is easily accessible (approx. 13 miles) with plenty to see including craft centres and stately homes, sandy beaches, and nature reserves.
