The coarse fishing lake is available exclusively for guests. 

Pets are very welcome, with plenty of space for the dogs to enjoy their freedom in the well fenced fields and good local walks. 

We are within easy reach of Ullswater with it's Steamer Trips, Hadrians Wall, The Scottish Borders and the Yorkshire Dales. The famous Settle to Carlisle railway passes nearby.

Penrith and Carlisle are approximately 12 miles away and Newcastle is around an hour and a half drive.
