We have a fabulous location, set tucked away in quiet grounds with 2 private fishing lakes and children's play area and sandpit in the village of Maltby-le-Marsh, there is a pub a very short walk away and we are only 3 miles from the dog friendly beaches of Mablethorpe and 10 miles to the Lincolnshire Wolds (AONB).

Your Full English Breakfast is served in the traditional farmhouse dining room. The dining table seats 8 so guests sit together and find it is a very social time. The breakfast comprises of unlimited fruit juices, a huge selection of cereals and muesli, toast, tea and coffee. A traditional farmhouse breakfast including specially selected local Lincolnshire sausages are also included in the price. 

Grange Farm Bed and Breakfast is on a 15 acre site and within easy walking distance of the village shop, local pubs, fishing lakes and 9-hole golf course so you won’t be stuck for things to do, should you decide not to venture far.
