comfortable sitting area has a wood burning stove, Freesat television, DVD
player and a hi-fi system. Also downstairs there is a twin bedded room and a
separate shower room with a large shower cubicle (and a good powerful shower),
toilet and basin.
Outside
there is a large enclosed garden. There is plenty of grass for games and lots
of space for sitting and eating out with good outside lighting. There is a
large parking area to the side of the house with space for at least three cars.
The self
catering cottage is a short distance outside the lovely village of Rosedale
Abbey. The village has a pub (which serves good food) and two shops selling
basic provisions and newspapers and both have good cafes. Nearby Pickering and
Kirkbymoorside are both good for a bigger shop. Asda and Tesco both deliver to
the holiday cottage.
