There are two self catering cottages in the former
stables to the house. Both holiday cottages are fully equipped and include free
Wi-Fi.
Cloister Park is in the hamlet of Frithelstock, which is
surrounded by farmland and beautiful country views. The nearest town is Great
Torrington, which has a Pannier market, gift shops, pubs, cafes and has tourist
attractions giving an insight into its link with the Civil War history.
It is also the home to the Royal Horticultural Society
garden at Rosemoor and Dartington Crystal.
The Tarka trail is one mile down the hill and has 180
miles of traffic free scenic walking and cycling. The diverse beaches of the
wonderful North Devon coast are not far away including Westward Ho!, Northam,
Saunton Sands and Instow to name a few.
Dogs: Small to Medium well-behaved dogs are welcome by
arrangement only. Please note that dogs cannot be left unattended in the
cottages and must not be allowed on the furniture.
