We are situated just 10 minutes from Looe and Polperro,
close to Fowey and with easy access to the coast and coastal path. The village
of Pelynt is just one mile away with local shops and post office, social club
and public house with restaurant. We are centrally located for easy exploration
of Cornwall and Devon and attractions such as the Lost Gardens of Heligan, the
Eden Project and many National Trust properties.
There are garden tables and seating from which to enjoy
views of the garden and countryside and a field walk, ideal for walking the dog
or that romantic evening stroll. We have a pond with a seating area which is
already attracting an abundance of wildlife, such as dragon flies, frogs, ducks,
geese, kingfishers and herons.
There is a large play area, where youngsters can swing,
score a goal, bounce on the trampoline or shoot some basketball. We have a
selection of garden toys and games e.g. scooters, bikes.
