campsite offers a cosy campers sitting room where there is a turf fire that is
a lovely place to relax in the evenings. Impromptu music sessions happen in
this room and the owners provide a couple of guitars, tin whistles, a keyboard
and organ. The owners however encourage you to bring your own instruments to play.
The
caravan and campsite is surrounded on three sides by hills and mountains and
faces the Atlantic islands of Valentia and Beginish. The area offers a range of
activities including water sports, fishing trips, walking, whale watching, golf
and much more. The area offers something for everyone.
There
is work starting on a greenway for cyclists which should be ready next year
meaning cyclist will love the area even more.
