Our holiday homes are only a short walk from Coniston Lake where you can enjoy a variety of water sport activities and they make a great base from which to explore this stunning part of Cumbria.

Our pet friendly apartments sleep between 2 and 6 people but we do ask that no pets are left unattended in apartments at any point. Each of the holiday apartments is equipped with all facilities and utensils you may need during your stay and included in the building is a communal washing machine and tumble dryer for you to use if required.

A short walk from the apartments will take you to the centre of Coniston where there are pubs, tea rooms, restaurants and shops. There are countless walks that you and your dog will enjoy that will take through the forest, many start from the front door of the holiday home. Being located within an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty means you can be sure of viewing some of the most beautiful scenery in the country whilst out on your adventures.

The self catering boat is furnished to a high standard and will sleep up to 8 people - perfect for families and friends holidaying together. Gema is a self drive narrow boat that guests can hire and drive themselves after a two hour tuition from a qualified instructor.

This 69ft narrow boat has the flexibility to have the cabins to be made up as single or double beds depending on our guest’s requirements. There will be 2 spacious bathrooms and living area.

Boating Holidays in the UK are proving to be an ever popular holiday, whether taken as an annual summer holiday or as Short Break Holidays in the UK, no airport queues or airport taxes to pay. This is a new concept in hire boats where you are only passengers and all the driving is done for you. We moor up the boat and leave you to enjoy your own space. Single destination and multi destination cruises are offered.

We come back at a mutually arranged time during your holiday and take you out on a picturesque cruise around Henley on your boat, going either upstream through Marsh Lock and onwards to Shiplake taking in all the millionaire houses and scenic countryside or downstream through Henley Bridge, down the Regatta course to Hambledon Lock. This is an ideal way to celebrate a special occasion and to invite friends along for the cruise (max 12 persons total on board) and a great way to explore the River Thames but without the stress of having to drive the boat yourself, although you are welcome to have a go and take a turn at the helm!
