Moors, Scarborough, Whitby and Robins Hood’s Bay. You could also visit Bempton
Cliffs, which is a RSPB reserve, great for bird-watching or keep going to
Bridlington, Hornsea or visit The Deep at Hull.
For a little more culture you could visit Castle Howard,
Sledmere House and Harewood House in Leeds. There are plenty of golf courses in
the local area including 2 at Scarborough, 2 at Bridlington, Hornsea, Malton,
Driffield and Ganton.
Whilst staying at the holiday cottage you may want to go
windsurfing, sailing or canoeing, however if you just enjoy walking you could
walk the length of the beach or walk on top of the cliffs for great views
towards Scarborough or south towards Flamborough Head.
