equipped to an extremely high standard with lovely views from the house and
garden.
The large secluded garden boasts 2 barbecues, gas and
traditional, with a level patio and garden furniture at the rear of the house
with steps leading to another smaller patio area at the bottom of the garden.
Derwent water is only a 5 minute walk where you can
access the launch into Keswick or to any of the landing stages around the lake.
There is also a marina where water sports can be enjoyed.
