of the farmhouse there is an enclosed garden to the front and side with a
gravelled courtyard that has outdoor furniture and a BBQ. Beyond is a one acre
paddock with a boating pond, stream and flat area for outdoor games including
football, volleyball, basketball and badminton.
The
indoor stables games room with a full size skittle alley, table tennis/football
and darts is a shared facility with guests in the barns.
There
are many things to do in the local area including visiting one of the half a
dozen National Trust properties and gardens that are within easy reach. There
are also great walks in the area including the South Devon Coast that offers
miles of walks with superb views and great places to stop off for food.
