The park is within 200 metres of all the amenities you would need such as a modern convenience store, Irish pubs, butcher, post office, church and petrol station.

The caravan and camping park has 20 pitches onsite which are a variety of hard and grass pitches. There is a new amenities block and a camper’s kitchen. Dogs on leads are welcome.

The dog friendly site has the benefit of being secluded so it is quiet and relaxing. There are many country walks around including the Riverside Loop Walk which goes through fields and farmlands. There is also a fishery and sports centre in the village. The nearby town of Castlebar has cinemas, theatre, golf-course, restaurants and swimming pool. Within easy reach is Knock Shrine (20km), Westport House (18km), the National Museum of Irish Country Life (8km), Ballintobber Abbey and Moorehall Forest Park (8km).
