It is a two bedroom single storey house with two bathrooms and a lovely open plan kitchen, dining and living area all heated by underfloor heating. It will accommodate 4 adults but there is a sofa bed that can be used for extra children. 

Patching Village is a picturesque village just 5 miles from Arundel within the new National Park with direct access onto the South Downs and their huge network of footpaths and bridleways.  

The cottage is situated adjacent to the Church and it's Southwest outlook means it gets plenty of sun with uninterupted views out across the farm.
